Addressed to specialists, technicians, workers and students, TONO Magazine constitutes an arbitrated space for the publication of updated scientific-technological articles and information.
With a thematic profile that points directly to Computing and Telecommunications, the magazine addresses other disciplines such as Electronics, Communications, Information Technologies and Communications, Business Management.
Review policyThe researches that arrive to the redacción of the TONO magazine, will go through a preliminary review, in which there will be evaluated: correspondence with the subject to which the magazine responds; scientificity; and logical coherence of the contribution. In the event that the article does not comply with these initial requirements, the author will be informed of his/her immediate rejection; otherwise, the corresponding review will be made from the formal point of view (First Phase). Next, the pairs (reviewers / evaluators) will be selected in accordance with the disciplinary area in which the article is inserted, such pair will have 15 working days to evaluate its content (Second Phase).
Publication deadlinesTONO magazine, has a biannual frequency, therefore, the review and publication processes will be subject to this frequency.
Distribution policyTONO magazine is published in printed format, with a semester frequency and a print run of 2000 copies for each issue, which are distributed free of charge at a national level, to libraries, institutions related to the telecommunications sector and related academic centers.
