Mathematical Model for Call Attempts in Non Successful Calls

Non successful calls are due to, on the one hand, subscribers or customers and, on the other hand, to network connection problems. This article introduces a study of this phenomenon as for the existing mathematical models which simulate predictable behaviour of call attempts. This tool allows the analysis of estimated data and gives a valid approach to the results obtained in practice which eases the decision making process and the assessment of information related to billing or incomes.
