Performance level of the Strategic Leading in entities from the Cuban business related system
Abstract
This article is the result of the research carried out in 3 entities belonging to the Cuban business related system in order to assess the performance level of the strategic leading process. The "STRATEGIC LEADING MODEL FOR THE BUSINESS LEADING SYSTEM INTEGRATION" was used as a methodology with a process approach. This research not only shows the obtained results but also the limiting elements of the strategic leading process. To develop it, different methods were used such as: surveys, checklists, interviews, direct observation, documentary investigations, as well as the relationship matrix diagram and weighted ISHIKAWA method.
