Abstract

This paper aims at dealing with a set of technical solutions that allow recovery of quality of service indicators of the mobile network of ETECSA in Ciego de Ávila. According to the author´s point of view, the latest technical solutions and having higher impacts on network are explained. Provider recommendations for implementing each functionality are analyzed, and system specifications in each case are adjusted. Besides, we start from the premise that given the continuous development of the scenario all process of this type is always incomplete and raising quality of service perception of users is the main incentive for carrying out actions in this sense.
