Abstract

In the international environment, conditioned by the accelerated and dynamic development of telecommunications and informatics, it’s heard on and on, now with different edges, about information society, market, enterprise management, new services, client satisfaction, quality, among other concepts. The author questioned herself about the application of these terms and whether the necessity, they are part of the customary work in modern organizations, has been really detected.
