The competitive scenario of global telecommunications forced organizations to work on a business transformation oriented to clients as well as services and networks convergence. The author summarizes the factors and procedures to be faced in order to guarantee a real client and convergence oriented transformation. This integration has been solidified as an emerging solution for client saturation and complexity, environment, market, and services and products offered. As a Result, it has been set as a tool that reduces capital and operation costs, increases revenues and highlights the image of telecommunications operators.
