Abstract

The role of information resources and their importance in the modern entrepreneurial world is an obvious fact. According to this perspective, the article highlights information professionals’ role and describes tools and resources available in ETECSA´s intranet for users. Advantages and effectiveness of the Integrated Library Management System, Altair, which helps users find appropriate and necessary information are detailed. Other external information sources related to the enterprise strategies are identified as well.
