Abstract

This article follows up the topic about the different ways of terrestrial installation of fiber optic cable. Regardless the type of laying used when installing, some unexpected situations requiring specific solutions could arise. Due to the complexity of this process, some general considerations to keep in when making a terrestrial installation of fiber optic cable such as buried terrestrial installation are reviewed.
