Abstract

PLC technology is an alternative setting at international level since its advantages has overcome early inconvenient. This paper compiles information about PLC and its current state. It also gives practical examples of its implementation worldwide and suggests some considerations to take into account for its implementation in our country as a solution for social connectivity.
