Abstract

In our country, software development has become an essential activity as a means to support the internal processes of our enterprises. Consequently, the search for solutions to foster the development of changing computing systems is a priority. In this article, the author examines one of the most popular indicators of existing agile methodologies — the extreme programming — with the purpose of introducing it into the Cuban Software Enterprise.
