Abstract

The impact of changes that have occurred in the cyberspace, has led in the world to a transformation in the roles and functions that the different digital actors must perform. This article carries out a review of the existing literature in this area, with the objective to known how these roles are projected in the cybersecurity field in Cuba and the world, with greater emphasis on critical infrastructures. The review of the literature shows that the number of studies in this subject is considerably low. Conclusions are made on the existing projections between the roles and functions that are projected for cybersecurity in the world, in addition to a homogenization with the positions that up to now are held in Cuba. This proposal was validated through surveys carried out with experts on the subject. This vision constitutes an essential activity within the strategy of computerization of society that is carried out in the country and leaves open possibilities for future investigations regarding the study and evaluation of competencies.
