Abstract

An improvement in Occupational Safety and Health measures in the construction works of Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba S.A. is proposed. The criterion considered is the adjustment in the methods of elaboration of occupational safety and health projects and a new perspective in the way of conducting training in this area. The proposal helps to those responsible for the elaboration of occupational safety and health projects to review and modify them, either on the side where the investment is carried out or at any other place, making the process more flexible and providing precision in the risk control measures. The proposal uses the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system software, which, due to its development in a web environment, allows the employee to access content and interact in these processes from a mobile phone using a network access point provided by the company.
