Abstract

The objectives of this work are to analyze the processes involved in implementing project management through teleworking and to evaluate its impact on the specialists of a work group and on the company itself. The study identified the challenges of applying this new way of working and how they were addressed through a series of steps that define its implementation. As a result, an analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages for both the teleworker and the company is obtained, indicating the points to which more attention should be paid in the future in order to develop this working modality.
