Abstract

This paper provides a change in the design and planning of the existing aggregation networks for MO in our country to guaranteeing the high bandwidths expected at the ends of the network resulting from the massive deployment of the mobile internet from the new 3G / 4G systems and future 5G ne necessary for the society. For this, a new paradigm is proposed that allows efficient use of the network resources that modern technology allows us by MO, intending to integrate with the FO aggregation network, based on the premises of use investments made, it allows reducing the costs of CAPEX (CAPital EXpenditures) and OPEX (OPerational EXpenditure) of the Operator and at the same time it is possible to combine the benefits of the new information technology and communications technologies to develop mobile services like the rest of the broadband services in Cuba.
