Methodology project for the worker's health care based on occupational hazards in ETECSA

Abstract

Is a hard task to modify each work place so that the employee is fully satisfied and safe. It becomes a challenge that has to be dealt with responsibility, since it must be taken into account not only the finding of risk factors that presuppose the occurrence of accidents, but also the identification of potential deseases derived from the systematic performance of a work. It is also necessary to take into consideration other factors related to work motivation. In this paper the author developed a methodology project for the workers’ health care considering the occupational hazards employees are exposed to in ETECSA.

In the Telecommunications Company of Cuba S.A (ETECSA), the occupational hazards are already identified for each work place, but this article focuses on identifying and preventing profesional deseases related to such hazards.
