Abstract

The choice of radio resources allocation and inter-cell interference coordination techniques to be used on LTE networks has a great impact on system’s data transmission. There are several combinations of these techniques that operators may use on the networks with different results. In this paper several pairs of techniques are simulated in a scenario for assessing their performance. Finally, the use of pairs of techniques for achieving higher throughput rates is recommended.
