Abstract

Every network needs a set of management tasks to maintain its operation and ensure the correct use of resources. This work focuses on the management of satellite communications equipment installed in the International Telecommunications Center, Caribe, of ETECSA. It describes the main characteristics of different management applications and the equipment to be handled in all earth stations of the Center. Finally, an integrated management proposal using the tool NetMac is implemented.
