Content Delivery Platform for Mobile Terminals

Abstract

Advances in mobile telephony have fostered the use of the WAP protocol for Internet browsing, which allows the display of mobile web pages. This paper describes the creation of a platform that allows access to value-added services through mobile devices, content providers interaction, and services, suppliers and users management. It also presents the main features of the product developed as well as the results of tests and validations performed in compliance with international best practices and standards for the development of these products.
