Abstract

As part of the process of migration to open source systems, gradual installation of the distribution Ubuntu Linux has been positioned in the workstations of ETECSA users. Training is one of the fundamental stages in this area; however, some factors have been identified that undermine this. The article describes the experiences in this regard in the Holguín Territorial Directorate.
