Abstract

Currently, ETECSA is immersed in the migration process to open source, whose fundamental problem has been the training and lack of qualified personnel in this field. The solution proposed is the use of Wiki, the website for knowledge sharing. Wiki opens a space for collaboration and compilation of research and experiences on the subject. The website’s main use is for instantly creating and improving the pages through a simple interface where the user is free to participate.
