Abstract

This study shows the design and implementation of an automated system used for the analysis and content management of the minutes of management board meetings of Organizational Units at ETECSA. The design was conceived based on practical experiences derived from previous analysis of the information contained in these documents. In addition, it resulted from the need to automate, centrally, the document bank of minutes for consultation by the different areas of the Company. The system was developed in PHP and PostgreSQL on the free software platform.
