Abstract

This article aims at presenting the main concepts for the implementation of a data warehouse as a decision making computer tool for increasing efficiency in the maintenance and repair management of a telecommunications system. The results derived from research and development processes as well as scientific and technological innovation of LACETEL®, Institute of Investigation and Development of Telecommunications.
