Abstract

Information is a very important element in modern organizations. Information production has increased considerably; therefore, its management becomes a key factor in society. This paper addresses an overview of Information Management within the corporate sector, the contemporary trends that facilitate the integration of information resources based on information diagnosis. It also proposes the basis for Information Management in a company like ETECSA.
