Knowledge Management and its Implementation in Organizations

Abstract

Knowledge Management is increasingly important in modern organizations seeking to establish efficient processes. However, during this stage of organizational learning, three main points must be addressed: the conceptual, methodological and technological aspects, which can be dispersed in different sources or be out of date or segmented by functions. In this paper, we present this problem: first, from a conceptual approach, and second, from a pilot implementation.
