Abstract

Internal communication and professional ethics have a very practical importance for an enterprise. The strategic impact of their relationship is reflected on the workers competitive level and the result indicators. The existence of policies, programs, plans and other implementation mechanisms and the analysis of their evolution allow the identification of experiences and the application of improvement processes.
