Tecnomática cctv optimization proposal using the fog computing paradigm pendiente traducción

Abstract

In the company Tecnomática1, a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system is deployed. Transmitting all the information generating by it in real time to the cloud saturates the available bandwidth. In this research, a survey is carried out on the existing paradigms to process information at present, which handle to reduce the available bandwidth usage, without diminishing the quality of services and free software for the CCTV system management. The implementation that best meets the characteristics and business needs of the company is proposed. Once the most appropriate software and paradigm have been selected, a study of vigithose considered useful for the company are proposed. Finally, several simulations are implemented to validate all the proposals made. the functionalities that can be added with its implementation is carried out and
