Where is Internet of Things?

Abstract

Nowadays, the Internet of Things (IoT) is increasingly included in the world of technology, however, the IoT suddenly disappeared from the Hype Cycle of Gartner's emerging technologies in 2016, the engine force behind this work. Firstly, a brief approach to the IoT is made to facilitate the subsequent analysis of the IoT transformation to the IoT Platform, based on the analysis and interpretation of the data generated by the sensor networks, a necessary complement to accelerate its entry and occupation of the market. Then there is a small analysis of how the IoT constitutes an opportunity to positively impact within a developing world.
