Use of computational intelligence techniques in the telecommunications services and networks management

This paper presents a procedure to properly select the computational intelligence techniques to be used in the telecommunications services and networks management. The proposed procedure is used for the evaluation of the quality of service in the VoIP assistance through simulation, using as a computational intelligence technique a Fuzzy Inference System that is designed using the diffuse logic toolbox of MATLAB.
